Before You Book

- Requested appointments need to be accepted, please click through all prompts.

- Accepted appointments will receive confirmation email.

- We will call or text you to reschedule if your appointment slot is unavailable.

- If you prefer a "quieter" experience please select a Monday - Thursday appointment.

- Consultations are free, but all new clients and no call/no show clients are required to put down deposits.

- Deposits go toward your service, but if you no show/reschedule with less than 48hr notice it is non-refundable.

- Please call or message us within 48/hr on any platform to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

 

 

Booking With Alii

- Alii is in the salon by appointment-only & does not take walk-ins.
- Due to her demand of time & experience her prices are slightly higher.

- She is normally double booked on Fridays & Saturdays.

- Often there is an assistant/apprentice working with her, if this is an issue please call before booking.

- Please call for additional openings as the system does not show her full availability.
